Who is Madalina Neacsu, could you please introduce yourself?
I am a mom of two beautiful grown children, with background education in nursing. I enjoy playing tennis, hike, bike, read, travel, live music and watching airplanes.
What is your business and when did you start?
I decided to change my path in 2017, switching from nursing to real estate. I am caring and compassionate person, with high professional ethical standards .
What inspired you to start your business?
I love to help people, and to have a major contribution in their life.
What were the challenges in the initial stages of your business and how did you overcome them?
Networking is very important in this profession and as you imagine, at first I struggled with that, especially because my first language is not English and all my childhood friends and network remains overseas.
What motivates you about your business?
Providing value to people and helping them to handle sometimes the most important transaction of their life motivates me to continue improve myself, so I can be above and beyond my client’s expectations.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs?
Consistency is the key, never give up! Go out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself.
Interesting fact most of the people do not know about you?
I flew in different types of aircrafts: military airplanes like bombers, helicopters, small acrobatic planes, hot air balloon. My passion for air and space generally made me go to a multitude of air museums, air shows, seen a rocket launch, air rides. I’m still a down to earth type of person!
The best business advice I ever received was…
that my type of business is like a snowball, and is growing steadily if I keep putting effort in it, and never give up.
My definition of success is…
when people recognize your name easily.
