Who is Brenda Farrugia, could you please introduce yourself?
My name is Brenda; I fell into energy work over ten years ago due to a situation I was having with my younger son at the time. I offer different methods tailored to your unique needs; whether you are new to energy or not, I would love to connect and see if this work is right for you.
Working with all age groups and demographics, I have an intuitive sense and natural ability to communicate and answer clients’ questions or concerns and hold high regard for establishing an honest, working relationship before each session.
What is your business and when did you start?
I am an energy practitioner. Healing, self-help and transformation is something I have been in love with for the past ten years. I transitioned from my corporate job to my healing business slowly. I started offering these services to the general public in January 2019.
What inspired you to start your business?
I have worked 25 years in the Corporate Sector, bringing energy work to the office environment. I would give coworkers sessions during lunch and after business hours. Seeing the positive results gave me confidence over the years to start offering healing sessions to people outside my friends, relatives and coworkers. The real inspiration came from the calling of my heart – it just felt right, my natural next step.
What were the challenges in the initial stages of your business and how did you overcome them?
Initially, my challenges were the fear of rejection, the fear of failure, and the lack of business knowledge. I signed up for the Halton Starter Company Plus; this course taught me the basics of starting a business. I continued to work on my confidence; this included energy work and past life trauma sessions; this had positive effects; my fear started to melt away.
What motivates you about your business?
My clients and their positive transformation. I feel blessed that people trust and allow me to help them to overcome their challenges. Each client is unique; each client’s journey is personal. I love what I do and get to do what I love.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs?
Meditate daily; this brings calm and clarity to most situations and can inspire great ideas that help everything fall into place. Meditating also adds more productivity to your day. Know you are special and unique in your way, and always strive to be your authentic self and trust all will work out.
Interesting fact most of the people do not know about you?
I am a single mother of two boys and a girl. From ages 10 to 16 I would tell my mom I was going to have 2 boys, one girl and no man. Now looking back I would say be careful what you put out there, our thoughts are powerful!

If I could go back in time when I started my business, I would tell myself to…
Not everyone is going to understand what you do and why you do it. Thank people for their advice, but in the end, follow your intuition, and know you will not please everyone.

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
