Who is Azadeh Razavi, could you please introduce yourself?
Hi! I am Azadeh and I am the owner and practitioner at Nutritionhouse Heartland. I have my PhD in biochemistry but being fascinated with natural medicine, I got my degree in homeopathic medicine and holistic nutrition.
What is your business and when did you start?
I joined Nutritionhouse about 12 years ago. I love helping my clients and my customers finding the root cause of their problems and regaining their health. Nutritionhouse is a health store that carries more than 15,000 different natural supplements, herbal medicine and homeopathic remedies. We also carry a good variety of Low Carb/Keto products. My clinic is located inside the store, where I sit down with my clients and discuss their health challenges.
What inspired you to start your business?
When you are looking at mysteries of life under the microscope , you understand the power of nature. I have always being fascinated by the benefits of natural medicine.
What were the challenges in the initial stages of your business and how did you overcome them?
I remember thinking how the human body was the most amazing energetically active life form ever assembled and what a privilege it would be to create a career around it. Attempting to understand its parts from the cellular and genetic level going outward to its magnificent periphery would be an exercise revealing how much I needed to learn.
What motivates you about your business?
I love what I do- at the end of the day, I feel purpose and meaning by helping every client, and it’s very rewarding.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs?
The bridge between idea and success is ACTION!
Interesting fact most of the people do not know about you?
I used to do watercolour painting and had few exhibitions.
