Michele Bogle is a self-taught baker from Burlington. She has had great success in the audition phases of The Great Canadian Baking Show, reaching top 1% in Toronto. The Food Network invited her to audition for the Great Chocolate Showdown twice, as did Wall of Chefs.

While possessing the skill set to make traditional cakes, Michele enjoys customizing by using her palette knife skills to recreate art on cakes.

“I crave variety in everything I do. I’m always trying new dessert recipes, adding my own spin on them. This keeps things interesting in a way so that it never feels like a job.”
