Hello, I go by Elena.

Beautifying walls with mosaic art is my passion. I welcome commissions, and facilitate collaborative art projects using new and recycled ceramic and glass tiles . Whether you’re a small group of friends, or a large company, the experience of creating a work of art together can help enhance relationships with a sense of playfulness and gratification.

I also offer workshops to create personalized art and have a series of DIY mosaic art kits available for purchase on my online shop.

At Dashofgourmet, our mission is to bring people together with endless “perfect bites” and lasting memories with your loved ones through our fine charcuterie bouquets/boards, desserts and fruits platters, grazing table for big gatherings, and corporate orders.

We take your special occasion and personalize it in the form of food art and delicious spreads.  Every order is handcrafted from the heart.  We strike to CREATE show-stopping displays that will be the talking point at any event.

I am an event planner /stylist and venue focused professional, offering my clients 30 years experience and creative mix of unique expertise. It doesn’t matter if your event is big or small, I will work closely with you to design and execute a memorable, stress-free event that meets your unique vision and delights your guests.

My full range of services include: a variety of different celebrations/parties, boutique style weddings, Health and Wellness seminars, corporate events and much more. Part of my service includes a vast array of inventory which can be used for your special occasion or you can also rent my inventory.

For the Christmas Holiday Season I am offering Seasonal Decorating and several different Workshop Tips.
